Price and Payments
If you book a theme cruise, the price is final. You can’t ask for a lower price later, even if the fare drops.
If prices change due to new promotion, you won’t get an upgrade.
By paying your invoice, you agree to the total price and payment schedule shown.
Fuel Surcharges
Tania Travel and Tours is not liable if the cruise line can raise prices if fuel costs go up. They don’t have to tell you in advance.
Cancellations
Tania Travel & Tours has its own cancellation policy, which is different from the cruise line’s.
If you cancel, Tania’s rules apply — not the cruise line’s.

These are independent businesses, so Tania isn’t responsible for their mistakes or problems.
Liability and Responsibility
Tania Travel & Tours isn’t responsible if something goes wrong that’s outside their control — for example:
Even if the Tania name appears on buses, hotels, or signs, that doesn’t mean they own or manage them.
No Consequential Damages
If something unexpected happens (like delays, lost luggage, or missed connections), Tania isn’t responsible for extra costs, inconvenience, or emotional distress.
Photos and Videos
If you go on a Tania Travel & Tours Quinceañera Cruise or event, you might be photographed or filmed.
By attending, you give Tania permission to use your image in their marketing or promotions, and you won’t be paid for it.
